A new memory wafer test, providing up to 768-DUT parallel testing and 533 Mbps speed capability.

Equipped with a flexible pin configuration, it can increase the output per unit time and reduce test costs. It is suitable for large-volume wafer testing, supports various memory types, and optimally allocates test pin resources, thereby improving efficiency, reducing contact, and increasing production.
